The ecology of human behavior: A network perspective

چکیده
There is a broad agreement that some of the most relevant problems in social and behavioral sciences are fundamentally structural, as consequence require structural explanations. Yet researchers disagree on what explanation is, specific questions can only be answered through lens. In this study, I shed light nature explanations by distinguishing between three types related to proximity, cohesion importance. addition, show how graphical methods used answer these questions. particular, argue structure learning algorithms help us gain understanding regarding causal structures, network science understand organization structures. provide an empirical application using nationally representative dataset with wide range factors child development.
